"Linked full text" and "LinkSource" options not appearing in Discover

We are having a bit of trouble today with "Linked full text" and "LinkSource" options not appearing in DISCOVER when they should do. It is being investigated urgently, but in the meantime you can still see the links if you add the item to your folder, and then look at the folder. If we do have access to the full text of the article, you should then see the correct link.

Please let us know if you come across any other issues in DISCOVER.
